Join as a Logistics Coordinator based in Tuas, within walking distance from the MRT. This is a permanent role with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8.30am to 5.30pm, plus one Saturday per month from 8.30am to 12.30pm. The package includes a basic salary with variable bonus, offering a stable opportunity in the transportation and logistics industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate local transport arrangements for import and export shipments, including LCL, OOG (Out-of-Gauge), and break-bulk cargo.
• Plan cargo collection and delivery schedules with internal operations teams, ports, and external partners.
• Assess cargo specifications to identify suitable truck or trailer types based on size, weight, route restrictions, and site requirements.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, port staff, and internal teams to ensure transport jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor job progress closely, resolve operational issues promptly, and provide timely shipment updates to customers.
• Prepare and manage job-related documents, including delivery orders, required permits, and proof of delivery records.
• Ensure completed jobs are properly closed with full documentation for billing and invoicing support.
• Follow applicable regulations, company procedures, and internal policies in daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain or a related industry.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads, yards, and port operations.
• Familiarity with import and export permit declarations.
• Organised and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to perform well under pressure while managing multiple tasks effectively.
