Join a food ingredients manufacturing company as a Purchasing & Inventory Executive based in MacPherson, within walking distance from the MRT. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5.00PM, offering basic salary up to $3,500 + AWS, with a stable schedule that supports work-life balance and convenient accessibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Purchasing and Inventory Manager with daily purchasing and inventory operations, including covering key duties when required.
- Track purchase orders, incoming shipments, and delivery timelines to ensure goods arrive as scheduled.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders on order status, shipping arrangements, and ETA updates.
- Maintain accurate SAP records for goods receiving, stock adjustments, repacking activities, non-sales items, and product label updates.
- Perform inventory checks and work with the warehouse team to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly management reports, clearance lists, ETA schedules, and marine cargo insurance declarations.
- Assist with year-end stock take activities and update stock counts accurately, including overtime support when needed with compensatory off.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Possess 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing and Inventory management.
- Proficient in SAP, Incoterms, and MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience in the food industry will be an advantage.
