Sales Coordinator (Marine / Oil & Gas)
Location: Boon Lay
Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - 9.00AM to 5.30PM
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus + 14-21 Days of Annual leave + Dental Benefits + Gym Allowance

Responsibilities:
Provide daily sales support and liaise with customers and internal teams
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and purchase orders for spare parts sales
Follow up on quotations until orders are confirmed
Attend to customer enquiries via phone and email
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Perform other sales support duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum ITE, Diploma or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of experience in Marine, Oil & Gas, Trading or spare parts sales support
Basic knowledge of inert gas, nitrogen and boiler systems will be an advantage
Able to read and interpret technical drawings
Able to understand customer requirements and identify suitable spare parts
Good communication and customer service skills
Meticulous, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
