Department Admin Executive - Property/ Real Estate, Work Independently
Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize both physical and digital records, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates
Handle document scanning, tracking, and filing to support payment processing activities
Coordinate appointments, meetings, site visits, and manage scheduling arrangements for the team
Prepare and process monthly reimbursement and claim submissions
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration
Experience in Real estate or property Industry
Good coordination skills
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage fast-paced operations
Able to work independently
