Job Description

Roles Responsibilities:


1) Administrative Support


i. Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.


ii. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.


iii. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.


2) Operations Management


i. Coordinate with production and customer service team to ensure smooth workflow.


ii. Monitor daily operations and recommend process improvements.


iii. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.


3) Employee Support


i. Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.


ii. Maintain employee records, leave management, and attendance tracking.


iii. Assist in organizing staff training, engagement activities, and performance tracking.


4) Procurement


i. Process overtime, purchase requisition, expense reimbursements.


ii. Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and contract management



Requirements


Singaporeans ONLY


Minimum Diploma qualification


Min 2yearrs' experience in administrative/ production operations / purchasing in production/manufacturing industries


Knowledge in ISO


Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


Excellent communication and interpersonal ability


Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software/tools.
