Join as an Assistant Logistics Supervisor in Tuas, near Tuas West Road MRT, on a permanent basis with a 5.5-day schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. This role offers a basic salary with mobile allowance, attendance incentive, and bonus, along with the opportunity to support daily warehouse and logistics operations in the general wholesale trade industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process customer orders according to instructions from your superior.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with suppliers and transportation teams.
• Assist in loading and unloading drums weighing up to 18kg.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Supervise warehouse staff to support smooth daily operations.
• Check orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Carry out daily warehouse inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Support night shift duties from the 16th to the end of each month.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Logistics or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours and support night shifts when required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and safety skills.
• A team player who can also work independently.
