Exciting opportunity to work in an MNC environment - Beauty Industry, supporting the Travel Retail Market across the APAC region
Monday - Friday/9am - 6pm
Location: Central
Salary: Up to $4500
12 months contract (renewable subjected to performance and business directions)
The Talent:
Strong passion/interest in beauty & skincare products
Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply (Training provided!)
Ability to read and speak in Chinese language is a plus as required to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and high attention to details
Independent worker, proactive, and organized
Job Description
Provide backend and documentation support that ensures smooth operations for new store/counter setup or product launches
Work closely with Commercial & Legal Team for authorised letters for contractors to apply permit for Visual Merchandising (VM) installation
Managing PO creation and status progress
Generate reports for VM team and keep track of VM budgeting
Support in VM Projects lead by the VMs
Other ad-hoc duties as requested
