Job Description

Are you bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus)?


A Scientific equipment company in Ubi seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a part-time position immediately available and requires one full day on Wednesdays.


The successful applicant should be available for a total of 2.5 to 3 days/week.


The successful applicant should be familiar with the usage of Quickbooks and have been in a similar role for 2-3 years ideally.


The tasks include mainly handling of POs, invoices, payment management, stock and assets management, stock closing at the financial year end, GST documents preparation and consolidation for the quarterly GST submission, uploading of invoices on government portals such as Ariba. Such transactions are done on Quickbooks.


On Wednesdays only, the task may include may include more admin routine with order processing or shipments or quotation handling and responding to urgent customer enquiries.


To make this position successful, the selected applicant should have the following qualities:


• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.


• Positive attitude, professional demeanour, and a willingness to learn.


• Willing to work in Ubi/Tai Seng/Paya Lebar area immediately


• Will be working closely together with the Office Administrator and the Management




Qualifications: diploma in business management, accounting or finance is an advantage


Position open to start work next week.
