We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Manager


Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting, HR, payroll, administration, and basic IT/software support functions for our operations.


Job Responsibilities


Finance & Accounting


Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.


Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, cash flow statements, and management accounts.


Manage manufacturing accounting and costing functions.


Monitor inventory movements, production costing, and stock reconciliations.


Prepare and submit GST returns.


Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, government authorities, and coordinate statutory surveys.


Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.


HR & Payroll


Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and IR8A submissions.


Handle work permit applications and renewals.


Manage HR administration, including employee records, leave administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes.


Administration & Systems


Oversee office administration and maintain proper documentation and records.


Maintain and update accounting, payroll, and ERP systems.


Provide basic IT coordination and software support for office operations.


Liaise with software vendors regarding payroll, accounting, and ERP systems.


General


Support management on financial, operational, and ad hoc matters as required.




Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.


At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, HR, and payroll functions.


Experience in manufacturing accounting and product costing is preferred.


Proficient in accounting, payroll, and ERP systems.
