We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Ang Mo Kio. This permanent position offers a five-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm) and a competitive salary package of $2,200 - $2,500 plus AWS and bonus. The role is ideal for candidates who are ready to contribute immediately or within a short notice period.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and process payment documents to meet deadlines.
• Export, upload, and manage data using the ERP and SAP systems.
• Coordinate with purchasers and suppliers to verify the accuracy of purchase order documents.
• Review, check, and print purchasing documentation for the costing team as per schedule.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
• Handle additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ready to start immediately or on short notice.
