Responsibilities:
Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers with purchases
Handle transactions using the POS system and process payments
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
Support promotional activities and engage customers in-store
Ensure a smooth shopping experience and resolve basic inquiries
Requirements:
Min 5 years retail experiences
Excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Passion for sales, customer service, and retail operations
