Description :
1. Handles full set accounts
2. Prepare financial statements & management reports, GST submission
3. Maintains timely accuracy of monthly accounting entries
4. Preparation of accounts payable / receivable and issues payment, reimbursement, cheques, bank reconciliation, etc
5. Verify daily cash / collection, sales reconciliation and raise invoices / sales journal
6. Perform bank reconciliation, process journal entries, prepare supporting financial schedules
7. Process and track invoices and payments
8. Prepare fixed assets register
9. Prepare management accounts and ECI, company tax computation
10. Liaise with corporate secretary , accounts & tax agents
11. Inventory data entry – transfer, billing, update of inventory pricing, inventory adjustment
