We are seeking a Sales Manager to join a freight forwarding company based in Paya Lebar. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday to Friday (9am–6pm) schedule, offering a competitive package including basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses. What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive sales and business development initiatives across air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, and cross-border logistics services.
• Identify and acquire new direct clients, ensuring business ownership and billing are managed through Singapore.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with agents in China and Taiwan to support overseas-controlled and routed shipments.
• Follow up on leads, coordinate closely with overseas agents, and maintain consistent engagement with customers.
• Achieve sales targets through regular client meetings, visits, and relationship management activities.
• Promote newly introduced logistics solutions and contribute to related sales campaigns.
• Develop and present structured sales plans and strategies for management review.
• Prepare quotations, RFQs, and SOPs while overseeing account performance and service delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales activities and outcomes on a regular basis.
• Support ad-hoc tasks including project cargo, cross-trade shipments, and other special logistics requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development within logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or cross-border transportation.
• Good working knowledge of air and ocean freight operations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and overseas partners.
• Experience handling sales enquiries, preparing quotations and RFQs, and managing both new and existing accounts.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to meet defined sales activity targets.
