Join our team as a Sales Executive with an aluminium door and window supplier based in Tuas. This permanent position offers a competitive basic salary with commission and VB, supported by a structured 5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, alternate Saturdays, 8.30am to 1.30pm). You will play a key role in expanding the customer base and driving sales growth within the construction and building products industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through lead engagement, sales enquiries, and proactive prospecting.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and direct customers.
- Introduce and explain aluminium windows, doors, and related installation works to potential clients.
- Visit project sites, perform measurements, and prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Address customer enquiries, provide timely follow-ups, and manage issues effectively.
- Work closely with operations and installation teams to coordinate project delivery and installation schedules.
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide updates on sales activities when required.
- Drive sales performance by meeting targets while strengthening long-term client partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in construction, contractor, interior, or related industries.
- Experience handling aluminium, glass, doors, windows, or related building products will be an advantage.
- Previous sales experience in the technology industry will be an added advantage.
