Sales Engineer (Rental Chiller / HVAC)
Working hours : 5 days Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Office in Boon Lay-Islandwide
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 (Basic + $1000 Transport allowance) + 2 months Variable Bonus (max up to 5 MONTHS BONUS) + 16 -21 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through effective account management.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the rental chiller customer base through calls and site visits.
Recommend suitable HVAC and rental chiller solutions based on customer requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations and contract documentation.
Work closely with technical and operations teams to deliver quality customer solutions.
Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of sales experience; HVAC or building services experience is preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside systems, energy services or building services will be an advantage.
Understanding of the rental business or construction equipment industry will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.
Willing to travel island wide for customer visits when required
