Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to banking products and services
Follow up on customer requests and outstanding cases
Escalate complex matters to the relevant teams or supervisors
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
Support ad hoc operational and customer service activities
Requirements
All education levels are welcome
No experience required - in depth training provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
Must be able to work weekends & rotating shift arrangements (No overnight shifts)
