Adecco is partnering with a well-established global leader in industrial MRO and integrated supply chain solutions, and we are looking for a Key Account Executive to join their Singapore team.

This customer-facing role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of existing industrial customers, build long-term partnerships and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence while identifying opportunities to grow existing business.

Whether you come from industrial engineering, oil & gas, manufacturing, material handling or high-tech industries, this role offers excellent exposure to strategic account management and customer engagement.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: East region

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

Salary Package: Up to $4,800 + AWS + Attractive Performance Incentive

The Job:

Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.

Build strong customer relationships through regular on-site visits and business reviews.

Coordinate closely with operations, warehouse, procurement and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Resolve customer enquiries, operational issues and service escalations in a timely manner.

Prepare quotations, support commercial discussions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to expand existing business.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver operational improvements and value-added solutions.

The Talent:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related disciplines.

At least 1 year of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Technical Sales or Customer Service within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas or high-tech environments.

Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Commercially driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and growing existing accounts.

ERP or SAP knowledge will be advantageous.

Comfortable conducting regular customer site visits across Singapore.
