Warehouse Team Leader (5 Days / Ubi)

Location : Ubi Crescent

Working hours : Monday to Friday |  9am to 6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $3,800 + OT Payable (Only when have event) + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Dental + Staff Discounts

Responsibilities:

Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

Allocate manpower, guide warehouse staff and coordinate loading/unloading.

Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct stock counts.

Coordinate with sales and delivery teams for timely order fulfilment.

Improve storage utilisation, workflow, housekeeping and safety.

Assist with hands-on warehouse duties when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience, with team supervision exposure.

Familiar with inventory control and basic computer systems; ERP/WMS experience is advantageous.

Organised and able to guide a small team.

Able to safely handle goods weighing approximately 11–12 kg.

Electric stacker experience preferred; forklift certification is an advantage.
