Job Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Greet persons entering the organisation
• Monitor visitor access and Managing Visitor/contractor pass
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Organise conference and meeting room bookings
• Coordinate meetings and organise catering
• Control inventory relevant to reception area
• Arranging courier - Inbound & outbound mail & parcel management, including courier services (local & overseas)
• Sorting and distributing post
• Maintaining reception email inbox for any enquiries
Job Requirements:
With prior receptionist experience
