Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with statutory requirements, supporting the company’s operational and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and manage full sets of accounts to ensure financial integrity and completeness
  • Update and post accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general ledger (GL) transactions to support timely financial reporting
  • Prepare detailed schedules for Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets to facilitate financial analysis and decision-making
  • Perform bank, AR, and AP reconciliation statements to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies in financial records
  • Submit GST and other mandatory statutory board reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide ad-hoc accounting and administrative support as assigned by the Manager to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum O-Level qualification.
  • Applications from recent graduates with a strong passion for accounting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to safety and compliance.
