JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Handles feedback pertaining to Vocational Licencing Matters (outbound calls and emails)
• Comfortable in speaking to members of public and also provide written responses as necessary
• To work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback
• Follows guideline on feedback handling
• To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
LOCATION: near upper thomson MRT
SALARY AND WORKING DETAILS:
• $2250/month
• Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
• 1 year contract
REQUIREMENTS:
• min Diploma
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bonus if work in customer service industry before
• Bonus if multilingual
