Location(Nearest MRT) : Toa Payoh
Salary: Up to $3800 (depending on experience) + 1 month completion bonus
Commitment Period: 1 Year
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Execute collateral production for the campaigns designed for the product or portfolio
- Timely tracking, fulfilment and analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure that results are on track and identify areas to improve marketing efficiencies
- Manage customer queries and issues relating to product activities by working closely with Customer Service team
- Conduct ongoing analysis of markets and competitors to remain current in the marketplace
- Work cross functionally with other stakeholders for campaigns related to the portfolio
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Min. Degree in Business Administration / Business Management / Banking & Finance / Marketing or its equivalent
- Ok with frequent OT
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous, proactive and able to think creatively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Project management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player who has what it takes to excel in high dynamic and fast-paced environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word etc)
- Experience in Retail Banking role will be a bonus
