- Perform secretarial, administrative and office support activities
- Coordinates and maintains records for office including, but not limited to: use of mementoes, electronic equipment, invoices, and financial
statements
- Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status.
- Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office.
- Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.
- Coordinates travel arrangements as needed.
- Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritise the distribution of messages in a timely manner.
- Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment when needed.
- Records minutes at various meetings and archives them accordingly.
Job Requirements :-
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of secretarial experiences
- Proficient in MS Office
