Responsibilities:

• To ensure delivery of key SLA’s with customers, reviews monthly operational performance with customers, and to ensure customer retention and development to grow existing businesses

• Ops and resource planning such as Space Management, Resources Management, Asset Management, and Equipment Management etc

• Handling customer escalations and to provide RCA and solutions to drive operational excellence

• Assist in ops and project Implementation

Additional Information:

• Candidates with experience in similar field would be of advantage

• Required to travel between warehouses in West area, transport claimable
