Overview:
Our Healthcare Institution client is looking for energetic and highly motivated Individual to join their fast-growing industry as Patient Service Associate. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive quality care and services. The Individual will be providing administrative and customer service support.
Job Description :-
- Provide frontline services such as registration, appointment booking and collection of payment
- Perform administrative duties such as keeping track of patient medical information
- Assist doctor with chaperone and medical procedure
- Provide Financial counselling to patients and family members
- Account for handover and closing of counter payments
- Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
Job Requirements :-
- Min "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.
- Applicants with experiences in the Healthcare / Customer Service industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills
