Job Description :-
-Update payments in the system
-Liaise with vendors and customers to clear any outstanding balances
-Review invoices, payments, reimbursement claims, and accruals every month
-Prepare schedules on a timely basis
-Adjust journals for reclassification
-Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements :-
-Min 'O' Level or has related experience
-Experience in AR/AP or GL is preferred!
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Good communication skills
-Able to work independently
