Finance Manager
Handle consolidation of Group accounts monthly
Oversee Group financial and tax matters
Liaison with auditors on Group audit and tax compliance
Manage cashflow to ensure adequate working capital to support business activities Prepare yearly budget and provide variance analysis
Ensure timely preparation and submission of the monthly Group accounts to Head office
Review & prepare management report of the Group Review AR collection and intercompany reconciliation and settlement
Liaise with banks on facilities arrangement
Ensure compliance with Group operating manual
Liaise with consultants on preparation of transfer pricing documents
