Depending on work schedule, your duties may include but not limited to the following:
* Reports to Retail AR Supervisor
* Perform task in accordance to service level agreement set.
* Perform operational reporting by reporting generation to Team Lead.
* Respond to RFI/Chargebacks request in a timely manner.
* Generate failed credit card transactions for reprocessing.
* Validate order status for refund request by consumers.
* Perform bank transfer and identify receipts for processing.
* Generate reconcilation tools and reformat files to facilitate analysis.
* Generate payment advise in a timely manner.
* Submit required documentation to banks in accordance to LOC.
* Validate supporting vietnamese documentation based on rebate programs.
* Liaise with Vietnamese-speaking vendors and counterparts based in Vietnam
