Salary: $2000
Commitment Period: 3 Months
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm
Job Scope:
- Manage walk-in queries / requests on policy related matters queries/requests
- Ensure unresolved issues over the counter are promptly followed up and resolved within stipulated time;
- Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and minor complaints from customers
- Provide excellent customer service experienced
- Manage customer feedbacks/complaints with a good closure within the operational turnaround time.
Requirements :-
Minimum NITEC
Effective communication with customers in person
