Accounts Executive X 2
Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus (3-6 Months)

Industry: Marine & Construction Engineering (Listed & MNC Company)
Main Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices received from suppliers and process payments
Update invoice listing and prepare accrual listing
Perform monthly supplier’s reconciliation and bank reconciliation
Prepare invoice to client and back charge invoice subcontractors and update COR register
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in both English and Chinese to converse with Chinese speaking clients
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
