Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruitment)
Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus (3-6 Months)

Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring manager and department heads to understand their staffing needs and create a recruitment strategy to meet those needs
Use various methods to source and attract the potential talent
Review resume, conduct initial phone screen, and assess candidate skills, knowledge, ability, and cultural fit to the organization
Plan, and place job advertisements, interview, and coordinate selection assessment
Prepare LOA and extend job offers to select candidate and negotiate the terms of employment such as salary, benefits, and other relevant details
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hire
Apply for Work pass application & PCP (primary care plan) for new onboard foreign talent
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least Diploma in Human Resources Management
Bilingual in both English and Chinese to converse with Chinese speaking clients
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR work experience, particularly in the area of talent sourcing and acquisition
