Main Responsibilities:
Knowledge of full sets
Account Receivable (monitoring debtors list, deal with customer for receipts),
Account Payable(monitoring payable list), keep all receipts payment records in order for entering into system.
Bank reconciliation – tracking company transaction and ensure all payments are correct and on time,
GST – input and output report
Fixed assets schedule (prov. Of depreciation)
Other ad-hoc activities as assigned
Requirements:
Min Nitec/Diploma in Accountancy
2 years of relevant experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
