Admin Assistant (6 months contract | WFH Hybrid | SIMPLE DUTIES) – Up to $2700
Location: Near Joo Koon MRT
Working hours: 2 days WFH, 3 days Office, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2700 + 8 days Annual Leave
Duration: 6 months contract

Main Responsibilities:
Issue invoice, delivery orders and export documents
Check all purchase orders (Pos) and delivery orders (Dos) from internal and external parties to ensure items, quantity, and amount are correct
Data entry of information
Filing, checking and verify documents
Ensuring timely responses to emails
Handling phone calls
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in Admin
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
