ADMIN OFFICER ( Basic up $2300/ 5 days/ 1 year contract/ extendable)

Summary


Basic salary $2300

Monday - Friday, 8.00am-5.30pm

Location: Lorong Nipiri, Nearest MRT Station: Hougang

AL, MC

Job Scope


To assist in reception counter duties including attending to various requests from all walk in and call in external customers

To receive goods procured by school and maintain a daily record of all mails and deliveries received

To assist relief team in monitoring staff attendance 

To assist in in printing services for all staff including printing and photocopy worksheet

General administration duties and front desk assigned by administration managers

Additional information


Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and office administration

Familiar with IT work processing and spreadsheet application such as MS word and Excel
