Job Responsibilities
• Handles Government hotline
• Provide quality customer service to Publics through the phone/Live-chat
• Answers inquiries by clarifying, and providing information
• Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call backs to Publics if necessary
Location:
• Novena
Salary :
$13.5/hr (Roughly about $2200/month)
Commitment Period: 1 Jul - 31 Sep (Renewable)
WORKING DAYS & HOURS:
• Mon to Fri - 10am - 5pm
REQUIREMENTS:
• GCE A Level or Diploma and above
• Attire: Smart Casual
