Job Details:
• Location: Lavender
• Salary: $2000
• Duration: 3 Months- 6 Months (extendable)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 845am-615pm
Responsibilities:
• Calling to customer with overdue payments/loans
• Collections duties as assigned, with call KPIs to be achieved
• Administrative duties and reports as assigned
Requirements:
• Min A Levels/Diploma with no experience welcome
• Prior call centre or customer service experience will be an advantage
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin as you will be speaking with mandarin speaking customer
• Must be able to speak well and handle collection calls
• Able to work in fast pace environment
