Shipping Assistant (Supply Chain/ Shipping Agency / BD)- NO EXP REQ
Location : Henderson Rd (Nearest MRT: Tiong Bahru MRT)
Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday to Friday : 9 am - 6.45pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200+ Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Build and maintain working relationship with overseas agent including select and recommend new agent.
Identify new agent to work with and correspond with overseas agent.
Identify new agent to work with and correspond with overseas agent on Agency matter for the company.
Identify existing overseas agent contribution, network coordination.
Monitoring new Agent code creation in our CW1 system, including agent’s background checking.
Build and maintain working relationship with overseas agent including select and recommend new agent when necessary to BD team.
Report and handle regional office’s Agency Agreement matter.
Renew yearly liability insurance policy.
Assist on direct customer’s supply & shipment arrangement when necessary, existing customers.
Handle marine insurance claim, including cargo claim and Liability claim
Requirements:
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Training Provided
1 year prior experience in Shipping/ Logistic/ Freight is an advantage
Knowledge with Overseas Shipping Agency (Southeast Region) will be an advantage.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
