Monday to Thursday 830am to 6pm / Friday 830am to 530pm
Location: Eunos TechPark
Job Responsibilities:
Dealing with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Functions
Maintain monthly fixed asset listing
Oversee stock on hand movement
Support monthly aging report review for vendors and debtors
Prepare sales invoice, SOA and payment voucher
Doing reconciliation for Accounts received
Check and verify suppliers invoice against delivery orders/purchase orders and service reports
Process staff reimbursement and claims
Job Requirements:
Min 1 year of Accounts Experience
Min Diploma in Accountancy
