Position: Human Resource Assistant
Location: Lavender
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support in recruitment process by posting jobs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews and coordinate interview session.
Handle the onboarding and offboarding process.
Handle and prepare employee contracts.
Handle basic administrative operation include filling, scanning and documenting.
Provide support logistic and procurement in event planning.
Handle invoice and monthly billing report.
Requirements:
Singaporean Only
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or any relevant discipline
