We are looking for a group of passionate Contact Centre Associate to join our dynamic Contact Centre team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and the public, providing exceptional service and navigating complex healthcare needs.
Work Location: Jurong East
Salary rate: $2300 to $3200 per month Shift allowance BONUS
Rotating working shift: 8am to 8pm (8 hours shift) / 8pm to 8am (12 hour shift)
What you'll do:
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and understanding caller needs.
Provide timely, accurate, and appropriate information on healthcare services.
Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
Handle hotline administrative functions like emails, referrals, and emergency activations.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved.
What you bring:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Preferred: 1-2 years' experience in healthcare, contact centres, or service industries.
Fluent communication in English and your Mother Tongue.
