Operations Clerk (Warehousing)
Location: Benoi Sector
Working hours: 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2400 + AWS

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure that customers’ orders are processed promptly and accurately
Ensure that records of warehouse transactions are recorded and filed accordingly
Build relationship with customers to understand customers’ requirements and accurately process customers’ orders.
Collaborate with the Operations team to provide feedback to customers on operational issues and resolve service concerns raised by customers
Collaborate with warehouse operations to offer system support for cycle counting and inventory stock-taking activities.
Billing of services to Clients.
Preparing of KPI statistics and reports for customers and internal use.
Other Admin duties pertaining to warehouse operations.
Requirements:
Minimum N level
Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in logistics or warehousing coordination work
Experience in handling a team of more than 10 employees.
