Luxury Boutique Assistant

Job Details:

• Location: ION/MBS

• Salary: $3000

• Duration: 1 Year Contract

• Working hours: 5 days work week including weekends and PHs, retail shift hours

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all our visitors – easing waiting time and enhancing boutique experience;

• Contribute to the business – assisting sales associates during client presentations;

• Support daily boutique activities – preparing workspace, supporting on product preparation and payment procedures;

• Offer an outstanding Customer Service – performing CS activities allowed in boutique (engraving, shining…)

• Contribute to a positive team spirit – actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life

Requirements:

• Well-groomed and presentable

• Prior Customer Service/Cabin Crew/Hospitality background

• Prior luxury retail background will be an added advantage

• Comfortable to stand for long hours
