Job Summary:

Reporting to our General Manager and Assistant General Managers, this role involves direct interaction with guests and our operations team

Responsibilities:

Setting the Stage: Prepare for kitchen operations daily to ensure a smooth start

Quality Control: Receive and inspect products for quality, storage, and labeling accuracy

Efficiency Expert: Maintain a stocked kitchen with essentials and ensure cleanliness for optimal workflow

Cleanliness Advocate: Keep equipment, utensils, and Back of House areas spotless and sanitized

Ambassador of Clean: Support in managing lines and maintaining cleanliness for an enhanced dining environment

Culinary Craftsmanship: Assist in preparing our delicious food and beverages with attention to detail and care

Requirement:

- Safety Shoes 

- Food & Hygiene Certificate (Good to have)
