This renowned Medical Group is expanding rapidly and looking for Clinic Assistants to join their vibrant and fun-loving team to assist with their operations across their 4 clinics in Singapore. They specialise in providing professional and comprehensive healthcare services while ensuring quality care and service delivered to their patients.

Locations available: Kovan / Potong Pasir / Tampines / Yishun

Working hours: 44 hours work week based on rostered monthly rotating shifts (8am – 4pm or 4pm – 10pm)

Job Responsibilities:

Perform clinical and administrative duties including phone enquiries, clinic registration, patient appointment scheduling and walk-ins.

Liaise with patients and their family members about follow-up appointments.

Process prescription accurately ad dispensing of medication to patients.

To assist doctors in consultation, examination, treatment, and vaccination.

Handle feedback promptly and efficiently.

Deliver excellent customer service as frontline staff and clinic ambassador.

Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations.

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant in medical field would be an added advantage

Able to work on weekends and commit to shift work as assigned based on roster
