Finance Executive (Full Sets/Clinic Healthcare)) – Up To $4,000 + Up To 3 Month Bonus 

Location: Novena Square

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + 18 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus (up to 3 months) + Medical/Dental Benefits $700/year

Duration: 1st Year Contract Based (Can be converted to Permanent upon passing Probation) - Renewable / convertible to Perm Role

Main Responsibilities: 

Process invoices, payments, and receipts related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Assist with the maintenance of the general ledger by recording financial transactions, posting journal entries, and updating ledger accounts.

Support the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, under the guidance of the accountant.

Reconcile bank statements with the company's accounting records to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.

Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering relevant financial data, analyzing trends, and preparing budget schedules and reports

Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 

Minimum of Diploma in Accounting or Finance with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Power Point)

Experienced in Healthcare industry will be a bonus
