Survey Interviewer Job Descriptions;
• Provide assistance to the selected companies to complete survey via phone.
• Encourage and follow up closely with the selected companies to complete their survey.
• Assist the selected companies to resolve any survey related queries.
• Upload completed surveys’ data into CRM.
• Verify and follow up closely with the selected companies for the surveys’ data that require to be validated.
• Participate in any surveys’ related ad hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager or Team Leader.
Requirement;
• Meticulous and detail orientated.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in call-centre or phone interviewer/surveyor/public relations /customer service related will be added advantage
• Independent and self-motivated to achieve monthly KPIs
• Proficient in MS office, especially in Excel & TEAMS
• Good team player, and able to interact with people from all walks of life
Others:
• Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Basic Salary: $3000, Monthly Incentive: Up to $100
