Social Service Programme Executive/Supervisor
Location: Office in Eunos - Around different welfare homes
Working hours: 5.5 working days, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3300 + Variable Bonus
Duration: 1 year contract (convertible subjected to headcount availability)

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure programs across different facilities are well coordinated, meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
Collaborate with facility staff to develop and implement new programme plans
Evaluate programme performance, gather feedbacks and make recommendations for improvements
Facilitate communication and collaboration between facility staff programme participants, and other stakeholders
Guide volunteers in executing programme activities
Manage programme budgets and resources
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma
Added advantage if have experience in working with elderly or in social service sector
Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting.
Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
