Job Description

Sales Admin Coordinator (Admin Exp/Handle Cash/Cards transactions)

Responsibilities:

- Manage administrative tasks related to Sales and Purchase transactions, including data entry, order processing, and control.

- Oversee stock management, inventory, and reconciliation with HQ records.

- Handle cash administration, including cash/card transactions and petty cash.

- Ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions within the assigned boutique.

- Serve as the liaison between boutiques and other departments.

- Communicate directives, memos, and other communications to boutique staff.

- Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and regularly reviewed.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by HQ as needed.


Requirements:

- GCE N/O Level or higher

- Ability to multi-task and work independently

- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (off days on a rotational basis)

- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
