You will be outsourced/deployed to our client as a Customer Service Ambassador!
Customer Service Ambassador:
?Location: Orchard/Bayfront (must be open to travel between both locations)
?Duration: Aug - Dec
?Working hours: 5 days/week (including weekends & PHs), 12pm – 9pm
?Salary: $2800/mth
Job scope:
?Host and engage clients at doors during peak hours
?Perform queue management with provided device
?Provide hospitality service to clients (prepare coffee, tea, small bites, etc.)
?Assist to clean used hospitality ware (cups, saucers, cutlery, etc)
?Assist to clean the counters during off peak hours / when necessary
?Assist to replenish packaging needs at Front of House
?Assist to clear the wet trash when necessary
Requirements:
?Prior customer service / retail experience
?Able to stand for long hours
?Comfortable with travelling between multiple locations for work
