Job Description

Location: Tuas (US MNC)

PROJECT SITE ADMIN – No experience welcome (Up to $3.5K/ 5 days)

12 months contract


Working days: Monday to Fridays (8am to 530pm) + OT on Saturdays (OT payable)


Salary: up to $4000 + OT


 

Essential Responsibilities:-


·       Logistics Management: Oversee the mobilization and demobilization of all personnel assigned to the project, including OEMs and visitors.


·       Timesheet Management: Handle the timesheet management for approximately 20-40 field service engineers (FSEs) at the site, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.


·       SR (NCR) Summary Preparation: Prepare Service Request (SR) summaries for GTG and GTC, a task that is currently very time-consuming and expected to increase in volume.


·       Admin Support: Assist in gate pass application includes SSIC training to handle technical aspects effectively.


·       Daily & Weekly Report preparation


·       Performa invoices prepare


 


 Qualifications/Requirements:


 


·       Experience in Logistics: Proven experience in managing logistics for large teams, preferably in an industrial or project-based environment.


·       Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage timesheets and prepare detailed reports.


·       Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn to manage punch lists and support commissioning activities.


·       Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure smooth operations.
